Phoenix Within is a space for healing, transformation, and self-reclamation.Through Human Design, Reiki, coaching, meditation and spiritual tools I guide you in releasing old conditioning, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and reclaiming power that has always lived within you. You were never broken, and you do not need another guru to tell you who to be. The answers you seek are already inside you. it is time to rise, reclaim and renew.

Transformational Coaching
Transformational coaching is available through 1:1 and group experiences. You can also join Seeker to Sovereign, my signature group coaching program designed to help you release conditioning, trust your inner wisdom, and reclaim your spiritual sovereignty.
Reiki
