6. Human Design Readings
Human Design is offered as a tool for self-reflection and personal insight.
Interpretations are based on your birth information and are intended to support self-awareness.
They should not be used as the sole basis for major life, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
7. Reiki Disclaimer
Reiki is an energy healing practice intended to promote relaxation and overall well-being.
Distance Reiki is offered with the understanding that recipients choose to receive the session voluntarily.

10. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services:
- Human Design readings are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Coaching sessions already completed are non-refundable.
- Digital products are non-refundable.
- Group programs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If The Phoenix Within must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or refund.
11. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
